Are you currently enrolling?
Yes! We currently have space available for children aged 2 and up.
Do you accept infants?
We accept children from birth to kindergarten. However, we are limited to three children under the age of two by California law.
How can I schedule a tour?
Send us an email or text! If we are currently enrolling, we offer virtual and in-person tours. We typically do not offer tours when there are no upcoming spots to avoid disruption for our current group.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 7:30am to 6:00pm. We don't believe in punishments or strict rules, so there is no fee for running late to pickup (though we do reserve this right). If you need to be a bit early or if you're running late, just reach out.
Can I check in to find out how my child is doing during the day?
Of course!! Every child has their own Storypark profile, which we use to send pictures, videos, and stories every day about the play going on. We also maintain an open line of communication with each family. We are never too busy for a quick update. We know that you may be wondering how your child's day is going, and we are happy to fill you in. Furthermore, families are always welcome to stop by.
Do you have video cameras installed in the classroom?
Our relationships are founded on trust, and we believe that video cameras in the classroom erode the trust in a relationship. We also believe that video cameras invade the privacy of the human beings who are learning, playing, and working in the classroom. And finally, we believe that having a video feed available creates the impression that a "good parent" "should" be constantly checking in on their child throughout the day. While it is normal and natural for a parent to wonder how their child is doing and want to check in on them (see the previous question), it should not feel like a requirement. Instead of a live video feed of the whole day, we welcome families in the classroom any time of the day, and we take loads of pictures to share.
